Why Only 1 Focus Keyword in Yoast’s SEO Plugin

This question arises time to time: why there is only one focus keyword in Yoast plugin? Many people seem to think of the multiple keywords on their post. This simple article will help you in understanding the reason of 1 keyword.
One of the important point which I want to explain here is that the Meta and focus keywords are not same, for more info just Google it and you will find the answer.
A good post always cover only one topic, it doesn’t have multiple topics. So if you publish a post on 1 topic with one focus key word, the search engine will use that focus keyword as a tool to reach the targeted post. So this is only possible in presence of 1 focus key word.
Some people are using different methods and techniques to optimize their post, but that was really hard work without spamming. So it’s good to optimize your blog and post through proper channel (one keyword).
The focus keyword and key phrase have a bit of performance to help you figure out what would be the best choice for that keyword. If you start writing in Google or any other search engine, you will see that writing first word Google will suggest you many posts related to that word you have posted. Same in the case of yoast plugin 1 focus keyword, just check the result below.

So it mean if people are searching something on the web, and you have added a word related to that. Than your website will come in the search result in drop down list according to the focus keyword.
This was a short brief related to focus keywords as I have seen many people who’s are asking that why there is only one focus keyword, why not more than 1, so I think after reading this post they will receive the answer of their question.
If you have any further question related to this post, feel free to ask, you question will be highly appreciated and we will try to give you the answer.
